Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Return Policy
  • Refunds will only be made under the following circumstances; #1-emergency the day of procedure-in this case, you must call and inform us of the nature of the emergency.  We will then decide if a refund is warranted.  #2-notice by email at least 48 hours prior to the surgery date. 

    All refunds will be by mailed check.  Credit card processing fees and mailing fees will be deducted from the amount.  In other words, you will not receive the full amount of your deposit unless you show up for whatever procedure you reserved or prepaid for.

    Only email changes will be accepted.  We cannot always answer the phone.  This is to keep the cost of services low for our clients.  The only exception is an emergency.  Changing your mind or finding a better deal is not an emergency.
